Key Successes: Redesigned the underwear packaging for Calvin Klein • Conceived and created an International Skincare and Makeup brand for Shiseido called 5S • Launched 16 Celine Dion Fragrances for Coty • Expanded the Vera Wang brand from a bridal brand to a full fashion and lifestyle brand • Redesigned O at Home Magazine • Launched CoverGirl in China • Created and oversaw an idea-generating department at Badger & Winters called BeautyLab • Created a new brand of bottled water for Pepsi called LifeWater • Created and oversaw the Project Management department at Badger & Winters • Conceived of and created a women’s athleisure brand for Dick’s Sporting Goods called Calia • Redesigned the Avon catalog globally and standardized all branding and design elements for over 150 countries around the world • Conceived, created and setup two experiential installations tackling the issues of unconscious bias in the workplace at the Global Economic Forum in Davos for P&G • Art Directed over 30 TV commercials for JCPenney • Created and designed a new brand for Pepsi called Soulboost • Collaborated with Paula Abdul, Jennifer Anniston, Tony Bennett, Nate Berkus, Helena Christensen, Courtney Cox, Celine Dion, Megan Fox, Gayle King, Carrie Underwood, and Oprah Winfrey.
